Allie grew up in Utah and began her education at the University of Utah pursuing nursing, drawn to the opportunity to care for others and make an impact in healthcare. Along the way, her journey evolved into entrepreneurship, where she built her own business and discovered a passion for operations, leadership, and creating meaningful experiences.

When she’s not working behind the scenes at Salt Medical Aesthetics, Allie enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with her family, and playing the cello.

She loves being a part of the Salt team and continuing to building a practice centered around trust, connection, and exceptional care.
